Resolution criteria
### **Market Details:** - **Market Period:** Upon market publication until December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. - **Market Close:** December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. - **Resolution Deadline:** December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC or earlier if an outcome is reached. ### **Resolution Criteria:** - Resolves to “**Yes**" if ETH is ranked as the third cryptocurrency or lower in any CoinMarketCap Historical Snapshot during the Market Period. - Resolves to "**No**" if ETH ranks at least as the second cryptocurrency for every CoinMarketCap Historical Snapshot during the Market Period. ### **Resolution Details:** - This market will resolve based on the ranking of CoinMarketCap only. - Only CoinMarketCap’s Cryptocurrency Historical Snapshots, which the resolution source completes every Sunday, will be used for resolution. Daily snapshots by CoinMarketCap or any snapshots by another platform are not subject to this market. ### **Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions:** - CoinMarketCap is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions. - Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking. - ETH is delisted from CoinMarketCap. - Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome. In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
